iPhone 5: all it’s cracked up to be?

iPhone+5%3A+all+its+cracked+up+to+be%3F

The iPhone5 is advertised by Apple to be their greatest IPhone yet and everyone wants one– but is it all that it’s cracked up to be?
The iPhone5 went on sale at AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon wireless stores all around the world on September 21. People were able to preorder the iPhone5 for two weeks before it officially went on sale. As soon as it went on sale, these stores sold about 5 million of these smart-phones, selling their initial shipments out completely.
Apple wanted to make sure everyone who wanted an IPhone5 had it in their hands that first week. Millions of people around the world were talking, texting, and tweeting how great and amazing it would be. Everyone wanted to have this new futuristic smart-phone in their hands, but now it seems like the owners of the new iPhone are a little disappointed with it. More and more people are now saying how the new iPhone was not what they expected.
Even with the new 4-inch screen display and the new dock connector, people are still giving it bad reviews. Owners are commenting about how the new screen is somewhat ugly, being too long with virtually no change in the screen width of the phone. Owners are also upset with the new dock connector for the phone, because they cannot use their old docking device and it can only be connected to a dock with a dock connector. Others are reporting problems with the new IOS6 software as well as problems using wifi.
While the jury is still out, a lot of people seem to be disappointed with Apple’s new creation and hopefully Apple will find a way to fix these problems. So if you’re planning on buying an iPhone5 you might want to think twice about it because you might regret it later on.

Recently, the CHS Publications Department experienced a major theft as over $20,000 in photography equipment was stolen from our studio over Spring Break. This included all cameras. Any amount you donate will help rebuild our program. Thank you!
